EAGLE, Colorado – Learn about the health of our valley’s streams Wednesday in Eagle.

Kirby Wynn, director of the Eagle River Watershed Council’s Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment Program, and David Rees of Timberline Aquatics will discuss what they have learned from their biological and water quality monitoring to date at the Water Wise Wednesday event at the Dusty Boot.

The free event, which begins at 5:30 p.m., is presented by the Eagle River Watershed Council.

The stream monitoring programs involve many entities that collect information, which is assembled by Eagle River Watershed Council to provide insights that help us protect our water and fisheries.

Appetizers will be provided and there will be a cash bar.
