Westin’s Athletic Club supports ‘Movember’
AVON – In celebration of Movember – where thousands of men nationwide grow mustaches to help raise funds and awareness for men’s cancers – The Athletic Club at The Westin is hosting special Movember benefit group classes on three Saturdays in November – Nov. 5, Nov. 12 and Nov. 19. All funds raised through Movember support men’s health programs, including the Prostate Cancer Foundation and LIVESTRONG, the Lance Armstrong Foundation. All Club male staff members plan to participate. The Athletic Club at The Westin – which is currently undergoing a $1 million renovation and expansion – is now accepting new members. Monthly fees start at $110/individuals and $160/families, plus a one-time initiation fee.
