Wet weather should clear by Tuesday night; sunny skies expected rest of week

VAIL — Wet weather overnight brought some snow to high elevations in the Vail area, with rain down in the valley.

Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms through Tuesday night, with a high near 58 for the day, according to the National Weather Service.

Starting Wednesday, the sun will return, with clear skies in the forecast through the weekend.
