Summer is still far away, but Vail’s Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is offering music lovers something to look forward to with a slew of recent concert announcements.

Here’s a look at the big-name acts who are set to take the stage in Vail.

Leon Bridges with Kashus Culpepper — May 25

Grammy award-winning songwriter Leon Bridges will bring along Kashus Culpepper to treat concertgoers to a night of music. Bridges is described as having an indie, adult alternative pop, R&B, and retro soul kind of sound. Culpepper skipped “American Idol” to get out on his own upon his manager’s recommendations and so far it’s worked out well for him. Tickets are now on sale at GRFAVail.com.

Louis C.K. — June 1

Six-time Emmy award and three-time Grammy award-winning Louis C.K. brings his irreverent brand of humor to Vail on Sunday, June 1, during his Ridiculous Tour. Tickets are now on sale at GRFAVail.com.

Wilco — August 17

American rockers Wilco will sing the night away at The Amp Aug. 17. This rock band from Chicago is busy traveling all over Europe and South America but will be back in the states and will make a stop at Vail’s iconic outdoor venue. Tickets are now on sale at GRFAVail.com.
