Wildlife Commission meeting in Avon
AVON ” The people in charge of managing Colorado’s wildlife ” the Wildlife Commission ” will be meet Thursday at the Christie Lodge in Avon.
Agenda items for the regularly scheduled meeting will include the final recommendations form the Colorado Wolf Working Group on how to manage the predator. There will also be recommendations on the number of big game animals that can be killed during hunting seasons.
Other topics of discussion will include management of state wildlife areas, regulations on migratory birds, and other wildlife issues.
