Will west Eagle be redesigned?

EAGLE, Colorado ” Alex Potente, Eagle County’s housing director, spoke with the Eagle, Colorado Town Board Tuesday night about a potential redevelopment plan for the west end of town, along U.S. Highway 6.
The county is purchasing the U.S. Forest Service horse pasture and already holds a large parcel of land where the county Road and Bridge shop was formerly located. Potente said the county is looking for ideas from neighbors to create a comprehensive redevelopment plan.
The county is issuing a request for qualifications to search out firms to lead a planning process. Town board members noted the county has lots of work ahead to bring neighbors into the process.
