Windows smashed on Halloween night in Edwards

EDWARDS, Colorado ” Rocks were used to smash several windows at the Homestead Court Club in Edwards, Colorado on Halloween night, the Eagle County’s Sheriff’s Office says.

More than $3,000 worth of damaged was done when several sliding glass doors surrounding the pool were shattered at the club at 400 Homestead Drive. The pool had to be closed because of the shards of glass.

Cleaning and draining the pool cost could another $3,000, the Sheriff’s Office said.

The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the vandalism.
