Winemakers dinner at Bivans Restaurant

Bivans Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy creates a four course menu (reception, appetizer, main course and dessert) to complement four Ferrari-Carano wines.

Guests will enjoy fare including: roasted duck summer rolls, mini lobster pot stickers, citrus glazed halibut, cast iron seared elk tenderloin, three herb pesto risotto and more.

Wine offerings include: 2005 Ferrari-Carano Chardonnay, Alexander Valley; 2006 Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc, Sonoma County; 2004 Ferrari-Carano Merlot, Sonoma County; 2004 Ferrari-Carano Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley.



The Winemakers Dinner ushers in the summer season and the premier of Chef Coudouy’s summer menu for Bivans restaurant.

The price for the dinner is $85 per person. Reservations are encouraged, but not necessary.
