This article is correct with the exception of basically double the $4 million-$5 million a year in illegal alien costs to Colorado taxpayers and you will have a more realistic picture of our taxpayer costs each year. There is a forum on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2 to 4:30 p.m., at the University of Denver’s Boettcher Hall. At the forum will be both pro and con speakers re C and D, and also speaking will be former Colorado Gov. Richard D. Lamm; the chairman of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus, Rep.
