Yoga Off Broadway offers new classes in Eagle

Vail Daily staff report

EAGLE – Yoga Off Broadway, located at 127 E. Third St. in Eagle, will offer new classes this spring.

“Spring is a time for renewed growth and energy,” said owner Kelly Western. “It’s time for people to shake off their winter slumber, get moving, and get outside to enjoy the sunshine.”

To this end, Western and her team have planned advanced practices, a playful “yoga tricks” class, as well as more of their popular “hot” yoga classes. To support renewal, Western is offering additional restorative and meditation classes as well.

Beginner classes have been scheduled at convenient times to be sure people can fit their new practice into work days.

An eight-week spring conditioning program has also been added. Spring conditioning will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:50 to 7:50 p.m., beginning on April 23. As space is limited, students are encouraged to sign up in advance.

The new classes were announced at the beginning of the month, in addition to the Flow, Dharma, kids and pre-natal classes the studio already offers.
