VAIL, Colorado – The Vail Cascade Resort and Spa welcomes back global teacher of prana flow yoga, Simon Park, Friday through Sunday. Park inspires students around the world with his fluid style of vinyasa yoga. He began his journey with Shiva Rae 15 years ago and has become a senior teacher of her innovative prana flow yoga. He draws from all of his influences along his yogic path including Maty Ezraty, Joan White, and Dharma Mittra.

Aria’s Spa and Club invites yogis of all levels to join Park for a weekend of fluid power vinyasa, honoring Rae’s teachings. Regardless of experience, this workshop promises inspire, restore, and energize.

“Simon Park returns to us for another amazing weekend,” said Yoga Director Charry Morris. “He has a great command for teaching with an athletic, energetic, and flowing style. All levels of practitioners will be challenged appropriately. You will leave feeling light and peaceful.”

The weekend kicks off with a two-hour class on Friday at 5:30 p.m. with “Liquid Flow Yoga,” a flowing sequence of postures. Experience the latest evolution of Prana Flow Saturday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. with “Surfing the Wave Vinyasa,” then find your energetic alignment with Park’s “Chakra Vinyasa” class from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Conclude on Sunday with a “Fluid Power” flow from 9 to 11 a.m.
