Letter: Please join us for Hearts of Remembrance gathering
Between the Thanksgiving holiday and the Birds of Prey World Cup Ski races at Beaver Creek, Home Care and Hospice of the Valley hosts a community-wide celebration honoring friends and family whose lives have been touched by hospice and its dedicated caregivers.
This year’s Hearts of Remembrance gathering is taking place at the Vail Interfaith Chapel on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Please join us for music, fellowship, stories, the reading of names, light snacks and refreshments.
Home Care and Hospice of the Valley is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This annual fundraiser, now in our 34th year, allows us to better serve our valley with excellent and compassionate care, when and where we are called. Our skilled hospice team and our incredible volunteers reward us all through the care they provide and the support they give to our loved ones. This is also an opportunity to show how much we appreciate them and the kindness in their hearts.
