Vail Daily letter: Searching for the King

I hope that your newspaper can help me gather materials for a book that I am writing by publicizing the following information.

I am a UK-based writer who is currently researching a major book on Elvis Presley’s final years. This will be published in 2016 by Elvis’ record label and has the support of the Elvis Presley estate. A major focus of this work will be Elvis’ long-term association with Colorado.

Elvis holidayed in Vail for two weeks in January 1976, renting Deauville House on Mill Creek Circle. This visit was well-documented and I would be very interested in hearing from anyone who can help me locate any items that are of relevance, particularly photographs, or who met Elvis.
