Vail Daily letter: Thanks for help

I fell in Avon on July 3. Residents of Avon, guests and employees of Christie Lodge rushed across the street to help me. One flagged down a passing policeman (Matthew Jamison) who in turn called an ambulance. They arrived quickly and were most helpful. The staff at Vail Valley Medical Center gave me excellent care and treatment. I can never thank all these persons enough for helping a stranger or for their kindness. Residents need to know there are good people out there.
