Frost Creek project near Eagle adds Kakie Holland as director of sales
EAGLE — Frost Creek General Manager Mike Gibbs recently announced that Kakie Holland has joined the team as director of sales. Holland has more than 25 years of experience in resort sales, membership sales and real estate.
“It’s very exciting to have Kakie join our team as director of sales,” Gibbs said. “She has experience in so many aspects of resort development, including real estate and membership sales. She also understands living in resort communities and the elements that make Frost Creek exceptional. We’re thrilled to have her join the team.”
Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Holland graduated from North Carolina State University with a business degree. Her resort experience includes work with companies including Vail Resorts, East West Resorts and Intrawest.
Holland first visited Frost Creek, a golf and fishing club in Eagle, on a whim on Super Bowl Sunday, she said. When the prospect to join the team at Frost Creek presented itself, she took it.
“I feel like I’m getting in on the ground floor, with people who know what they’re doing, and I’m excited about the opportunities,” Holland said.
Frost Creek has sold more than 175 memberships in the past two years. Additionally, real estate sales have grown. Since then Holland’s May 8 arrival, six lots have gone under contract.
Amenities at Frost Creek include an 18-hole Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, a 40,000-square-foot clubhouse with Olympic-sized pool, a tennis court, on-property fishing in Brush Creek and member cottages for overnight stays.
