Vail Valley real estate market warms up with summer around the corner

As spring makes way for summer in the Vail Valley, data from Land Title Guarantee Company shows that the local real estate market is warming up. Total sales volume in April 2025 was $257,437,244, up from $231,421,685 in March 2025. One hundred listings closed in April compared to 126 the previous month.
Top April sales by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brokers include a modern masterpiece on Forest Road, which closed for $33,000,000, represented by Alitza Vagenknechtova. This sleek home provides over 8,800 square feet across six bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the views of the Gore Range. Resort-inspired features include a home spa with a waterfall and sauna, 6,500 square feet of outdoor heated decks, and a show-stopping 75-foot suspended glass-bottom pool.
