The Colorado vs. Colorado State football rivalry has been extended for 11 years, through 2020, the schools announced today, with the next 10 games after this year at Invesco Field at Mile High.

This year’s game will be held in Boulder on Sunday.

The 2020 game is scheduled to be played at CSU’s Hughes Stadium in Fort Collins.

“This is the state’s signature college football event, and the game belongs in Denver,” said CSU athletic director Paul Kowalczyk said, thanking CU athletic director Mike Bohn for his efforts in reaching an agreement.
