The trio of champions weren’t the only ones to have a good day. B.J. Jaramillo (112), Tim Rietz (145), Mason Ewing (119) and Philip Rivera (160) picked up second-place finishes. Freshmen Kylan Kottenstette (130) and Chris Harvey (140), along with senior John Saldana (275) finished in third-place.

“Everyone did pretty good, but we didn’t do so well in the final round,” Lueders said. “We had seven in the championship and three won. We’ll have to improve on that.”
