These seniors started at EVHS the same time I did – we’ve grown together. They are great young men.How do you motivate high school athletes? Lots of things, but the secret is they must motivate themselves. John Ramunno’s pre-game talks are classic motivators.What do you eat before a game? Nothing. I’m usually too nervous.
