DELTA, Colorado ” The Eagle Valley track team showed its depth at the Delta Invitational last weekend.

The Devils took third in the girls’ standings and fourth in the boys’ behind a number of strong performances.

“It was a good meet for us,” Eagle Valley coach Jeff Shroll said

Eagle Valley’s Kelly Cassidy put the Devils on the scoreboard with four points in the 3,200-meter run. Cassidy took fourth in a time of 13 minutes, 20.52 seconds. In the 100 meter hurdles, Angela Phillips ran to a second-place finish in 17.58.
