What’s fun about volleyball?: “Basically, it’s just playing together. We’re a very good team this year. I think we have a lot of potential this year. I hope we do very well.”

How do you work with your hitters?: “For Brooke (Horan-Kates) and Rachel (Glandorf), they’re middle hitters. They like the ball pretty close to the net. I went to each hitter at the beginning of the year and asked them how they like their set. So, I know basically where everyone wants the ball. I try my hardest to get it there.”

Best moment on the court: “I think our first win against Ridgway. That gave us a lot of motivation to come out and want to win more. Another thing would be when we won two games from (Vail Mountain). We were all excited.”

Most embarrassing moment on the court: “I sprained my ankle very badly against Roaring Fork. I started screaming and crying. So, that was kind of embarrassing.”
