Saints Homecoming spotlight:Nicole Parker

A horse is a horse, of course, of course. Vail Christian’s Nicole Parker has a horse named, ‘”Hopper.” Parker is very much into animals and hopes to become a veterinarian when she goes out into the world. In the meantime, she’s a co-captain with Lauren Mutter on the Saints volleyball team.
