EDWARDS – The Heuga Center invites anyone who wants great golf for a great cause to join in the 13th annual Heuga Center Tournament, June 4-5 at Cordillera in Edwards. Presented by Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, this tournament attracts teams and individual players.”It’s really great to see the growing community support for this tournament,” said Heuga Center president Brian Hutchinson. “Individuals and corporate teams come together for two days of relaxed but spirited competition on the course, which adds a really fun dimension to our tournament.”PrizesThis year, Rolex Watch, USA is offering an Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch, and Roaring Fork Volvo will award a one-year car lease for anyone who hits a hole-in-one on designated par-3 holes at Cordillera’s Mountain Course. Entry fees are $375 per person or $1,400 per foursome and include warm-up play on the Cordillera Short Course on June 4 and a full round at the Cordillera Mountain Course on June 5. A player reception on Sunday at Outback Steakhouse in Avon, plus breakfast, lunch, player gift bags and the opportunity to win golf and travel prizes are all part of the package.Individuals and businesses can be sponsors.
