VAIL, Colorado ” The Teva Mountain Games, the largest outdoor adventure sports festival, will air in Colorado on Sunday, July 20 on ABC (Channel 7) at 2 p.m. MST.

An estimated 1.5 million people will tune into the Mountain Games over the next six weeks.

Celebrating seven years, the Teva Mountain Games took place June 5 – 8 in Vail, Colorado. The environmentally friendly, motorless outdoor sporting event hosted 2,000 professional and amateur outdoor athletes from all over the world and 35,000 spectators.
These athletes converged upon the mountains and rivers to compete in seven sports and 21 disciplines for over $100,000 in prize money.
This year’s disciplines included kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, road cycling, World Cup and amateur climbing, fly-fishing, trail running, diving dogs and multi-sport racing.
