Casey Kleisinger put it in the onion bag and the two teams went scoreless in the extra ten minutes.”Casey has arrived as a striker,” Bandoni said. “This is our first game where our goals came from our strikers who are younger players. They integrated with the rest of our attack.”Bandoni’s Man of the Match went to Mark Belhorn, whose ninth-inning double lifted the Red Sox over the Orioles, 3-2. Other athletes in Bandoni’s universe who deserved props included Kleisinger, John Spriggs and goalie Michael Busenhart, who had two game-saving saves in the middle of a downpour.VMS, 2-0-2 in the 3A Slope and 3-1-2 overall, hosts CRMS at The Bob Thursday.Sports Editor Chris Freud can be reached at 949-0555, ext. 614 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
