Intermediate Outdoor Rock Climbing
This camp is geared toward young climbers who already have some climbing experience and want to advance their skills. This camp will review and reinforce standard rock-climbing techniques such as knots, belaying and the correct way to move over rock. Depending on the group, campers will then learn advanced skills such as rappelling, climber rescues and more. After a day of review and skills practice at one of the Mountain Recreation indoor climbing walls, youth will put their skills to the test outside on real rock for the last two days of camp.
