Inyodo Martial Arts

Introduction to martial arts basics featuring stances, kicking, punching and traditional martial arts weapon forms. Campers will design martial arts-based skits using the techniques and skills they have learned. Additionally, campers will participate in an agility-based obstacle course. For campers attending each session, skills will scaffold and increase based on previous exposure at earlier sessions.
