Wayward Wanderers Hiking Camp

Campers will use public transportation to explore the local trails around Vail Mountain School and learn about the flora, fauna and ecosystems on the trail. Campers will make a field journal, learn about the “10 Essentials” and Leave No Trace wilderness ethics, build “survival” shelters, cook in the “backcountry” and gain some of the necessary skills to safely play and adventure in the mountains for years to come.
