February 17, 1954 – April 13, 2025
Thomas Francis Boselli passed away at home peacefully surrounded by his family on April 13, 2025.

Tom was born in San Francisco, California on February 17, 1954, the second of twelve children to Bud and Betty Boselli. He is survived by his wife, Sharon, four loving daughters – Sheila (Heath), Alyssa (Donovan), Candice (Rex), and Natalie (Derek); seven grandchildren – Gabriella, Lauren, Abby, Shiloh, Azriela, John, and Owen; his mother, Betty; seven brothers – Rick (Denise), Don (Rose), Jim (Dee), John (Colleen), Steve (Maureen), Bob (Erin), and Bill (Wendi); and three sisters – Liz (Michael), Sue, and Sharon (Harold), and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary, and his father, Bud.

Tom loved the outdoors, spending his youth hiking the Sierra Nevada mountains and skiing with his dad and siblings in Tahoe. In the late 1970s, he moved to Colorado, working nights at the Marriott Hotel in Vail so he could ski by day. His ambitious nature led him to management at McDonald’s and eventually to open a small gift shop in the Marriott, which launched a 20-year career developing and operating Boselli of Vail stores in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Aspen. In 1999, he sold his businesses and moved to Albuquerque, where he became a successful financial advisor until retiring in 2021.

In his retirement, Tom spent many hours biking, hiking, fishing in New Mexico, Colorado, and Alaska, and working on his property in the North Valley of Albuquerque. He could build or fix just about anything, and as a passionate traveler, he loved planning and taking unforgettable trips. Last year alone, he visited a large portion of Africa, Hawaii, Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Tom was a man of integrity, honor and faith. Tom met Sharon in 2003 through a mutual friend, and after their first date, they never looked back. They married in 2004 and spent the next 21 years building a life of love, laughter, and adventure together with their children, grandchildren and friends. Tom loved God and knew Jesus Christ as his savior, and he loved his family unconditionally. His loss leaves an unfillable hole in their lives.

Tom’s Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd at Grace Church, 6901 San Antonio, NE, Albuquerque, NM at 10:30.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Tom’s name to either Saranam (saranamabq.org) or the Domestic Violence Resource Center (dvrcnm.org).
