Prudential Gore Range Properties changes its name

VAIL – Prudential Gore Range Properties is changing its name to Prudential Colorado Properties.The firm is the Vail Valley’s second-largest real estate company with 65 real estate brokers and seven sales offices located in Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Eagle, Eagle Ranch and Gypsum. The firm also includes a property- and rental-management division. “It’s a very natural transition as we continue to service more areas throughout our valley,” said John Slevin, owner/broker of Prudential Colorado Properties. “We will remain a local family-owned company as we have for the past 34 years.”The company, which is independently owned and operated, became an affiliate of Prudential Real Estate in 1992.
