The bright lights of Broadway are coming to the mountains this spring as Vail Performing Arts Academy(VPAA) presents its highly anticipated “New York, New York Revue,” a vibrant tribute to the city that never sleeps.

Featuring more than 50 local students ages 8 to 16, the production showcases a dynamic collection of songs from some of the most beloved musicals set in or inspired by New York City. Audiences can expect memorable numbers from iconic shows such as ‘West Side Story,’ ‘Annie,’ ‘Rent,’ ‘Hamilton,’ ‘Newsies,’ ‘In the Heights,’ and ’42nd Street,’ among others.

New York City has long been the beating heart of American musical theater, and this production aims to honor that legacy. From the energy of Times Square to the stories of dreamers chasing their passions, the revue captures the spirit and diversity of the Big Apple through music, dance, and storytelling.
