Former President Gerald Ford's former home in Beaver Creek was recently sold for $6.65 million. The sale was brokered by The Stockton Group, a division of Ascent Sotheby's International Realty.

BEAVER CREEK — The Stockton Group, a brokerage group and division of Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty, recently closed on the sale of former President Gerald Ford’s former home at Beaver Creek. Located at 65 Elk Track Lane with ski-in, ski-out access, the 11,629-square-foot home sold for $6.65 million.

The sale price represents one of only four other single-family homes valued at more than $5 million that have been sold in 2015 in Beaver Creek.

On and off the market since 2009, The Stockton Group acquired the listing in 2014, following three previous brokerage firms. The timing coincided with The Stockton Group formation in November 2014 and includes four Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty team members: owner and broker Tye Stockton, and broker associates Tom Dunn, Mary Pope and Patrick Barrett. Stockton and Dunn represented the seller and buyer, respectively, for the sale.
