Denise Ragnone, age 69, passed away on November 11th from gastric cancer. She was born in Portland, Oregon & is survived by her mother Joan, sister Giuliana Johnston & brother-in-law Keith.
Denise dedicated her life to healing, peace, alternative natural care, & spirituality. She held a very special place in the hearts of all who knew her, from hometown Portland to 17 years in Vail (1974-1991), then her final home in Kirkland, Washington.
Denise was loved by so many & touched the lives of countless people. She had a great love of music, and was a talented singer, often singing with local bands in locations around Vail during the 80’s.
Denise was one of the owners of Kirkland Healing Arts & was a gifted massage practitioner where she brought comfort & relief to many through her healing touch. In her free time, she enjoyed singing, sewing, volunteering, & hiking with her dogs – all of which allowed her to express her creativity & a love for nature.
A celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Condolences may be sent to her mother Joan at Merrill Gardens in Kirkland. Donations in her memory can be made to Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, WA.
Denise will be remembered for her dedication to healing and her kind and compassionate spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of love & will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
