When Ricky Kangas passed away, he left a legacy of horticultural mastery and culinary excellence. A true renaissance man, Ricky’s talents spanned across various fields and locations earning him awards, admiration and respect. You may remember him as the executive chef for Grouse Mountain Grill in Beaver Creek. There he created exquisite foods designed to comfort and to be shared by the diners at each table. To Ricky, each customer was family. To best honor him, consider planting a tree or garden, rescuing an animal or signing up to be an organ donor. Ricky Kangas did all three, so his love for life lives on.
