Plans announced for Keystone development
KEYSTONE ” Plans have been unveiled and pre-sales are under way for the next phase of Settlers Creek, a new townhome project in Keystone being developed by Intrawest Placemaking and Slifer Smith and Frampton.
The project will include 24 residences in six buildings. For the initial offering, prices will range from $375,000 to $595,000.
“Settlers Creek is being built as a family getaway in a mountain community,” said Dean Myerson, development manager for Intrawest Placemaking in Summit County. “With only a limited number of residences being built this year, it is a rare opportunity that assures buyers of quality and attention to detail.
“The project is tucked next to the Snake River,” Myerson added. “Nearby, Minnie’s Cabin, with its pool, hot tub and billiard room, provides quiet solitude for families. The residences are close to the amenities of the resort without being in the fast-paced village area and surrounded by shorter-term renters.”
The buildings include the Trail Blazer, which consists of two floor plans with three bedrooms and two residences with four bedrooms. The Founder consists of two floor plans with two bedrooms, and the remaining two residences have three bedrooms and a garage.
