Residents have been asking for information about the annexation of property owned by the Ginn Development Co. into Minturn, said Gary Suiter, Minturns interim town manager.Weve had lots of requests for these documents, Suiter said. Now that information can be found on the town of Minturns Web site. Go to minturn.org and click on the button that says, Battle Mountain annexation & preliminary development. Or go directly to the Web site, http://www.minturn.org/battleMtn/index.html.The Web site includes the annexation agreement between the town and Ginn, and Ginns wildlife, traffic management, employee housing and season pass plans. People also can ask for the documents at Minturn Town Center, 302 Pine St.Ginn wants to build 1,700 homes and condominiums and a private ski resort and golf course on and around Battle Mountain, south of downtown Minturn.
