TUCSON, Ariz. – A federal grand jury in Tucson has returned a six-count indictment against a Westminster, Colo., man charging him with bank robbery.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said 39-year-old Raul A. Gallegos was arrested May 11.
A federal grand jury handed down an indictment June 9 that contained charges against him for five bank robberies and one attempted bank robbery.
