What goods or services do you provide? Custom picture framing and matting, as well as glass replacement. I’ve also done large mats for weddings. Guests can sign the mat instead of a guest book. I also have a small selection of ready-framed art for sale. That’s perfect for gifts!

The holidays are coming, so it’s time to start thinking about those special gifts for friends and loved ones.

What’s new or exciting at your place? New frame samples arrive several times a year. Whatever your décor, I can complement it.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? I try to be perfect, as well as being the least expensive custom framer in the valley.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? The customer’s always right, but I’m always willing to offer advice and options. I work hard to provide fast, courteous service.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I started framing at age 18 while working on a degree in visual arts. My degree is from the University of Northern Colorado, and I’ve spent my adult life selling art supplies and creating custom frames to enhance my customers’ homes, businesses and other spaces.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? I once framed a real, dehydrated lizard. It was cute — if you like lizards.
