The inaugural Eagle River Jamboree is taking shape as this summer’s most highly anticipated down-valley music and outdoors event, bringing an exciting and eclectic mix of acclaimed national touring artists and Colorado favorites to the Eagle County Fairgrounds in Eagle on Aug. 8-9.
Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Robert Randolph, The Band of Heathens, Jason Scott and The High Heat, Dragondeer and The Runaway Grooms highlight the first wave of musicians announced by organizers of the first-time festival taking place on the banks of the Eagle River. With four stages featuring more than 20 artists setting the festival scene over two jam-packed nights, days will feature riverside recreation activities and some friendly, fun-filled competitions. Additional artists will be announced in the coming weeks.
The Eagle River Jamboree marks the return of a large-scale outdoors and music festival to Eagle for the first time since 2022, rekindling the community’s vibrant live music scene through a celebration of mountain culture, local food and beverage and the outdoor lifestyle embraced by locals and visitors alike. Inspired by legacy events like the Bonfire Block Party and Eagle Outside Fest, local organizers of the Eagle River Jamboree aim to establish long-term roots on the community event calendar. “Eagle River Jamboree is about more than just a music festival,” event organizer Zach Gilliam of Eagle said. “It’s about bringing people together, supporting artists and creating something meaningful for our community that can grow for years to come.”
Produced in partnership with the Colorado Music Foundation, the festival supports the nonprofit’s mission to build and support a thriving music community by providing performance opportunities and expanding access to music education across Colorado.
Two-day general admission passes start at $125, with VIP packages also available. Organizers encourage early purchase as capacity will be limited for the first year of the event. Visit eagleriverjamboree.com for tickets and more information.
