Grammy award-nominated Brazilian guitar sensation Diego Figueiredo to play two shows in Vail

Legendary jazz guitarist Diego Figueiredo will be performing two shows on Friday, April 3, hosted by Vail Jazz at Manor Vail Lodge. The presentations will include an intimate dinner-theater format at Ridge + River and a later evening session at the Fitz in a jazz-club-inspired setting.
“Diego is a long-time Vail Jazz favorite; he’s sold out every show he’s ever performed for us,” said Vail Jazz executive director Anneliese Swift. “Diego is fresh off a sold-out concert at Carnegie Hall, and we are anticipating an equally enthusiastic audience response for these two shows.”
Known for sizzling virtuosity and sultry Brazilian rhythms, the Grammy-nominated Brazilian is an international sensation in the realms of jazz. Having played live in 60-plus countries, Figueiredo is excited to be returning to the beautiful mountain setting of Vail. Concert-goers can choose from the following two ticketed offerings:
Sabor & Strings Dinner Performance – 6 p.m. | Ridge + River
Diego Figueiredo will perform an hour-long set against the backdrop of the Vail mountains. The three-course prix fixe menu of Brazilian-Colorado fusion has been thoughtfully designed to complement the evening’s soulful sounds. This intimate dining experience is $175 per guest, with an optional $50 wine pairing.
Late Night with Diego Figueiredo – 9:30 p.m. | Fitz Bar + Bites
Experience the verve of guitarist Diego Figueiredo in an intimate lounge setting designed for music lovers. This event offers a relaxed, club-style atmosphere at Fitz Bar + Bites, where guests can enjoy craft cocktails and elevated bar bites while witnessing world-class artistry just feet away. General admission tickets are $55; a limited number of bar seats are being offered for $75.
