Morgan carlock’s ‘Graduating’
You will be leaving me soon, though I’ll see you once more this afternoon.
Saying goodbye will be tough, words and hugs don’t seem like enough.
I will say a prayer for you every day, hoping for you to be OK. And that the good memories from the past never leave, when you are in a tough situation, just believe that everything will work out for the best.
Don’t stress too much; you can rest. Make sure to come to visit me and stay in touch, tell me all about your new life and such. And for every day we are apart, know that I hold you near to my heart. I will miss you the moment you go, and I will always love you more than you know.
