New Down Valley Vibes Festival in Eagle set to take place in August

Down Valley Vibes Festival, a new festival to Eagle County, is set to take place in Eagle Aug. 23-24.

Hosted by Second Street Tavern, the festival will bring live music to Downtown Eagle with Dragondeer, Taylor Scott Band, DJ Williams, The Hip Snacks, Sqwerv, River Spell, Extra Gold, Johnny Schelper Band and more, with a full schedule coming soon.

“Second Street has been humbled by the overwhelming support of our customers this first year,
in appreciation for all the community does for us we wanted to throw a festival that blends
entertainment with community spirit,” said Brian Kunkel, owner of Second Street Tavern. “The Colorado-based bands were selected with both our customers and downvalley neighbors in mind.”



Gates will open at 2 p.m. on Aug. 23 and 11 a.m. on Aug. 24, and the music goes until 10:30 p.m. on both nights, finishing with late night DJs inside Second Street Tavern

Admission ranges from $25 to $100 depending on single day or two day admission with the
addition of limited VIP tickets. General Admission tickets include entry into the festival with
access to bars, food trucks and vendors. VIP tickets include entry into the festival with access to
bars, food trucks, and vendors as well as VIP exclusive bars and viewing areas and a
commemorative swag bag from the festival.
