Jody ‘Joe’ Michael Hern, 28, of Eagle passed away Thursday, July 14th, 2005 at St. Mary’s Hospital following a 2 year battle with a rare disease and other complications.
He was born on Tuesday, November 16th, 1976, in Rocky Ford, Colorado to Michael Melvin Hern and Debra Ann Rodosevich. He graduated with many athletic achievements from Eagle Valley High School in 1996.
He is survived by his loving wife Sondi (Lance and Lori Davis); three children Boe, Hudson, and Kayli Hern; his Father and stepmother Darla; brothers Dan (Stacey) Rodosevich, Shawn (Michelle) Morrison, and Brandon (Jen) Hern and Levi Davis; sisters Stacy (Don) McMullin, Shannon, Amanda and Maggie Hern and Malisa Davis; maternal grandmother Bernice Rodosevich; paternal grandparents Harold and Lodi Hern.
He was preceded in death by his mother and grandfather Ernest Rodosevich. A memorial service will be held in the Eagle Valley High School auditorium from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday July 20th.
