Swingers have new club in Denver

DENVER ” Denver is offering swingers a new club that takes the concept to the extreme.

The Rocky Mountain News says the city has approved a liquor license for a nightclub that will have a couple of four-poster beds.

Scott Ewing, owner of Sugar House, has been trying for a year to get a liquor license. The city says it delayed approval for building code reasons, not as a judgment of his setup.

Ewing says he hopes to help the economy in his neighborhood and he expects to draw a more upscale crowd than critics expect. His target market is young professionals.

Last year he said among those expected to come are people willing to experiment with their sexual boundaries with other people.
