Vail Lacrosse Shootout crowns supermasters, grandmasters and zenmaster champions

Champions have been crowned at the 52nd-annual Vail Lacrosse Shootout.
On Monday, the supermasters, grandmasters and zenmaster divisions wrapped up tournament play while the U19 boys and girls and men’s masters (30+) got started.
Lost Abuelos De Tejas defended its title in what was its 49th-consecutive appearance at the tournament. The Texas group used a strong face-off duo to take down Cloud Boh 7-3.
The Denver-based Tivoli Brewery defeated Team Bushwood 11-5 in the grandmaster championship, a division which featured nine teams made up of athletes age 50 and older.
In the supermaster division title game, 10th Mountain Whiskey, led by 2003 Maryland graduate Nate Rullman, came back to defeat Domewood in overtime for its first tournament championship.
