Letter: Scott Schreiner for Eagle Town Council

I am writing to express my enthusiastic support for Scott Schreiner for the Eagle Town Council.

I have had the privilege of working closely with Scott on our neighborhood’s Homeowners Association Board for several years. This experience has given me a direct view of his character and capabilities, and I believe he possesses exactly the qualities needed on the Town Council.

In every situation, I have found Scott to be very smart and profoundly thoughtful in his decisions. He is a leader who is genuinely willing to listen to others’ perspectives, ensuring a comprehensive view before moving forward.

Scott has been an extremely helpful member of our board, serving as the treasurer and demonstrating a strong commitment to being fiscally responsible. He has been a strong guiding force in several large-scale and complex changes the association has undertaken, including:

• The complete rewriting of the association declaration and the campaign for adoption, a monumental and essential task.
• The successful effort to have the neighborhood’s recreation path adopted by the town, officially adding it to the town’s network for the benefit of all Eagle residents.
• Navigating legal difficulties as a part of the association board with professionalism and integrity.

Scott’s proven ability to manage budgets, tackle complex legal documents, and mediate community issues demonstrates the steady, responsible leadership that the town of Eagle deserves. Please join me in voting for Scott Schreiner for Town Council.
