The historic 4 Eagle Ranch in Wolcott, the iconic symbol of the 4 Eagle Foundation, is calling upon the community to help secure its future and continue its philanthropy.

The 4 Eagle Foundation, which is primarily funded by 4 Eagle Ranch events and activities and contributions from Ranch Activity Partners, is dedicated to serving others and fostering a thriving community. The Foundation aspires to purchase approximately 800 acres from the city of Denver, securing the ranch and its philanthropic mission in perpetuity. Organizers say the endeavor promises to sustain the ranch’s legacy while continuing to enrich the lives of others through its diverse charitable contributions.

Operating since 2011 as a nonprofit, the 4 Eagle Ranch focuses on creating memorable experiences that highlight Colorado’s natural beauty and rich heritage. The Foundation’s mission is clear: to share the love of Jesus in tangible ways, serving and supporting all individuals, regardless of race, creed, or religion. In 2024 alone, the Foundation donated over $668,000 to various causes, including spiritual wellness, senior care, and youth education.

Thanks to a significant donation, the Foundation has purchased the former Warner Building, now rebranded as the “The HUB,” located at 20 Eagle Road in EagleVail. This strategic acquisition transforms the building into a hub of philanthropy, offering affordable office and conference space to local nonprofits, plus virtual space for collaboration with one another and their beneficiaries, while also engaging donors, supporters, and the community.

By reducing administrative overhead and office costs, these organizations can allocate more resources to their vital programs and services. More importantly, the co-location fosters collaboration and community engagement, creating a vibrant forum for impactful partnerships. Repairs are underway, and the Foundation is actively engaging with potential tenants and stakeholders to address their needs, ensuring The HUB becomes a cornerstone of community support and innovation.
