A new storage facility in Gypsum is now under construction. Vail Valley Storage, an 85,000-square-foot facility, will include approximately 700 units in eight buildings on four acres.
Located on Plane Street in the Rocky Mountain Commerce Park directly across from the Eagle County Regional Airport and adjacent to the new Tesla sales center, the facility will take approximately 14 months to complete.
“The facility will be state of the art,” said Michael Forrest, co-founder and managing partner of Ludlow Property Group, adding that “36% of the units will be climate-controlled, and the facility will feature a robust video security and surveillance system, allowing customers to view their units via their smartphones.”
