The annual GoPro Mountain Games are back and for some, it’s means months and years of training to compete against athletes and earn that top spot on the podium. For others, there’s another way to feel like a winner. Once the BFGoodrich Gear Town opens, there are plenty of things to win – like GoPro cameras and an e-bike, or, you can see how much free SWAG (Stuff We All Get) you can collect at all the vendors’ booths. Here’s a preview of who will be giving away what Thursday through Sunday.
With GoPro being the title sponsor of the Mountain Games, they are doing some huge giveaways. Each day at 4 p.m., some lucky person will go home with a GoPro camera. Stop by the booth in front of Solaris to enter. This is a great time to buy or upgrade your GoPro camera with exclusive deals only being offered this weekend.

How would you like to win an e-bike? Aventon is back this year with demos and will be giving away the Ramblas electric mountain bike.
“We’re excited for people to experience how our e-bikes empower riders to explore further, ride harder and redefine what’s possible on two wheels,” said Sam Kigyos, field sales manager at Aventon.
You can sign up at the booth, which will be located on East Meadow Drive at the base of the Vail Village parking garage staircase, and the giveaway will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday. You don’t need to be present to win. Stop by and demo the bikes throughout the weekend, too.

“It’s the perfect setting to connect with a community that shares our passion for outdoor adventure,” Kigyos said.

At the GoPro Mountain Games, they don’t forget about the dogs. Dog Town in Lionshead will have lots of fun SWAG for you and your pet. Purina is also doing a pet food giveaway.
“The dog events are such a beloved part of the Mountain Games and we can’t wait to connect with pet lovers throughout the weekend,” said Ellie Howe, brand manager at Purina Pro Plan.
Stop by the Purina Pro Plan booth in either Dog Town or Gear Town during event hours and receive a complimentary bag of dog or cat food delivered to your door, along with fun giveaways and samples.
“Whether you have a dog or cat at home, or are adopting a furry friend at the event, we are here for you and your pet. Being able to share our exceptional nutrition with so many passionate adventure seekers and their four-legged companions is what makes this partnership so special,” Howe said.
Several brands will be offering samples, such as Nature Valley, Celsius, Bulleit Whiskey, Casamigos Tequila, Isopure, LaCroix, Liquid Death, Sun Bum, Nikwax and more. This is also a perfect place to see products close up. If you’re interested in RV and van life or camping gear, GeoTrek Vans, GoFast Campers, Lightship RVs, B&B RV and Transwest RV will all have setups where visitors can check out the products. Polaris Off Road Vehicles usually has a fun game where you set up your camp site and your best time could win you a prize.

There will be over 40 vendors selling and demoing products over the weekend. Whether you are looking to bring the party with you with portable speakers from Turtlebox or DemerBox, outdoor gear from Uncharted Supply Co. and Rugged Peaks Gear or get techie with Dark Energy portable chargers, Hover Air flying cameras and Garmin wearables, Gear Town is your source for learning the latest about these products.
Signup for the new GoPro Mountain Games app for special app-only contests for a chance to win premium gear, experiences and more. There will be special giveaways onsite on Sunday for a GoPro camera, a YETI Hopper Flip 12 soft cooler or a Turtlebox speaker by signing up via the app.
