Sonnenalp in Vail serves up Thanksgiving dinner
VAIL — Give thanks this year and let the Sonnenalp do the cooking for you at two of the hotel’s restaurants. Both Ludwig’s and Bully Ranch will host Thanksgiving dinner.
“This is a chance for guests to share the holidays with us,” said Johannes Faessler, the Sonnenalp’s owner. “We are thrilled to be able to host such a personal and memorable event for both friends and family.”
On Nov. 28 from noon to 7:30 p.m., Bully Ranch will present traditional options in a buffet-style meal. The menu includes a soup and salad station, cheese display, seafood display, carving station, a variety of side options and a selection of desserts. Bully Ranch’s buffet is $39 per person, $16 for children 12 and younger and free for children 5 and younger.
Ludwig’s Thanksgiving dinner will be held Nov. 28 from 5 to 10 p.m. and will showcase a pre-selected menu. The dinner will offer entree options that include white and dark meat of roasted turkey with cranberry jus, herb-crusted medallions of beef or pan-seared sea bass. The dessert options will showcase some of chef Bernie’s favorite selections. Ludwig’s dinner is $68 per person and $38 for children 12 and younger.
Both dining options exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity. For more information or to make reservations, call 970-479-5429 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
